Salary structure, increment are terrible, they will deduct your money from your ctc all of sudden.

The company is very supportive. I worked on client project, still company knows each detail about my work. They will always check if we face any difficulty at client place. I really like their collaboration with us. Management team always handle query on time also proper rewards and recognition happened at companies end.

Dislikes

Appraisal process is quite long and very much deduction at the time of leaving. Also company will not give you bonus if your leaving and just one month remain for the bonus cycle. Also there is no diwali or other gifts.

Salary is major concern in HCL BPO , almost all the project I heard and examined doesn't have allowance or any extra perks ,even you don't have free transport .... There are many small scale companies provide much better salary and other benefits

Food available everytime in cafeteria. Outside view is good .

Perks and benefits are not good and deduction in salary on the basis of performance which is not good by compony . Every employee wants more and more hikes and who do not perform well for money . Who wants deduction but compony policy is to deduct from variables on the basis of performance .washrooms and breakout area are not hygienic .

I have been working here from 2.5 years and there was no hike from past 2 years last month received hike even that is not justified. No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.
