Some Managers behaviour are not good they don't leave the employee from his team even they don't have work and also rating are unbiased, ratings totally depend on managers mood.

If you get foreign clients you are good.

Less number of leaves. Can't apply for restricted holidays for T&M employees. Salary is less. If you are in t&m mode then forget about hike. HCL manager won't ever know of what you are working al the client office.

No Salary hikes, no promotions, no value for the head wor, appraisal process is worst process I feel like it is a scam to escape hikes. Salary will not at all depends on rating, no use if you get Distinction performance or Exceptional performance, no good projects, no growth, even freshers will get good salary than experienced, difference college people get different hikes for freshers if you are coming from top colleges you will get good salary when you join as freshers

...ortunity, if you need growth and future plans never join this mediocre company..I even know all this but tempted for the package.. please never join if you want growth.

Work life balance No Micro management

...n get welcome kit when you join the company. No Diwali gift hampers and nothing. Almost 20% goes to variable pay and this has many conditions and you end up getting less variable pay. The yearly hikes are very very less you will get 1% or 2% and sometimes you get a appraisal letter at the year end and it will be written as no changes in your compensation, so no hike for you for complete year. For new joinee, forget your 1% or 2% appraisal for first 2 years.
