... since I joined HCL. They come up with a new excuse to not give hike in salery. After completing 6 years in HCL, I am still on the same package. If you change and rejoin then you will get a better offer

Worst pay raise system in place. The amount of appraisal you get in HCL in 5 years is what you can get in a year in other company. Worst higher management.

poor management, unprofessional bosses/ mangers/leads, micromanagement, salary deduction, I worked for whole month they deducted my whole month salary, not paid well, no Holidays given to you.

Every thing about HCLTech, I hate. whatever you take like salary, work culture, Senior's behaviour, Politics, Exploitation, Bonds are horrifying, HRs are very rude and they are biased

I thought this is good company but there are bad of payroll system, salary not tally and OT always delay and delay, manager promised you without doing anything. Reject come first without any consideration.
