HCL Tech Offer Evaluation
I would like to request you all for your valued advice on how is HCL tech as a company. I have been offered consultant role & have received a 30 % hike. However, a huge chunk of the offered CTC has gone into variable components(EPB bonus, performance bonus). Can you guys please share if hcltech pays the EPB bonus fully/ Month? How is the job security for mid-level experienced employees?

...l frankly speaking, I don't want to work in HCL now because after working for 1.6 years still no appraisal nor comp off has been provided and saying that Wil give next quarter and salary is also very low which is very bad and is very hard to survive

No salary cut for leaves and separate leaves other than normal leaves for I'll people. Also those who are not able login there leaves are not deducted.

Promotions might delay even after recommendation. Experienced resources will face gradual hike in the pay scale which is not close the market rate. Work life balance might get affected during month end period due to workload.

... even I am in the HR, still we don’t have anywhere to go ! No work life balance. No salary hikes or fair appraisals despite hard work. Rude and very disrespectful colleagues and managers. Office politics at its peak ! No career growth or recognition. Employee well being is not a priority.
