...d strategy. But yearly hike would be very less. Don't expect much difference i.n the salary hike, but u ll get plenty opertunity to engage in all other activities. Overall it's a good place for freshers and for those experienced people wants to settle their life with a good position.

HCLTech is one of the India's leading IT Services based organization. I will suggest to all the freshers to take an opportunity and get a MCN experience, HCL is the best for very earlier stage in your carrier. It's medical benefit is very nice.

.... Worst HR policy as a MNC organization. 3. Managent also not as good as MNC. 4. One the worst salary structure I ever seen in HCL. After changing HR policy CTC got effected and deduct more salary with the name of EPB bonus. 4. There is no job satisfaction dou to project allocation. Bench people doesn't know in what kind of project they will be assigned. 5. HCL talking project level interview as candidate experience with, after joined the project candidate can understand that project is not related to his/her experience. Now they can't do anything they has to continue or else registration. 6. Year after year people have to work with the same salary because HCL has leap yearly salary incriminate policy.

...raisal is very much biased and partiality and favouritism takes place all round. It directly affects our promotion and salary package as well. This is the worst thing.

Work environment is good. People are friendly. Flexible timings.

No salary growth. If we take the short time project, once it's completed next opportunity we have to find. We have the timeline, but we can't expect from the organization. Incase we have any doubts or any benefits obtain from organization, we don't get anything in easily.

If you belong to Cisco project, you are done. You are in the pit exactly. No recognition, no hike, no this, no that but more and more of work everyday.

The managers are not at all concenred about the employees.
