Is the market for support agents dead right now... Have been trying to get a callback related to remote desktop support positions as well as incident management process. Any suggestion or help would be appreciated 👍 Update- I have started getting calls now, just 8 days left .. hopeful I wouldn't be empty handed.

Based on the project we can work from home. This option is not possible in all the projects though.

Dislikes

No carrer growth, no salary growth, not getting projects based on our skill set. World is moving to cloud, I have upskilled myself in the same but not getting a project.

Nothing is good in this company

Dislikes

...but in reality they give very less amount of Bonus although that is part of CTC. PF deducted both sides from yout Salary. They suddenly decrease your salary without any sense and said there is some adjustment. But what adjustment will not reveal. These days HCL is one of the worst company to work. Do not join.

I think bonus quarterly and annual release is not in a good shape or process , most of the time annual hike is getting delayed as per exiting employee , hopping for the best next year when time comes for me.

Likes

HCL technologies company now degrade its performance. Too much deduction of employees salary. No appraisals. Just donating on charity to buy fame from society. If you have god father then you cab grow here.
