Worst management . All higher position people are like authority. They didn't talk with you properly if you are in a bad situation inside company.

it is very good company , every thing is good, way of job, work pressure, and culture of job. they will give good career growth and good learning.

the compensation of good performer and bad performer are mostly same . even you perform good they have max limitation of package. other then this every thing is good.

...Infrastructure, Good Stable Company, good for the people who likes Job security! Salary is always on time, very good medical facilities and others employees' benefits. Overall, it is very nice company for sure!

Salary is on time but other incentives, your promotion, your bonus, your increments etc are in Arrears, You will get it for sure but always in arrears, HR is not at all effective. Just like your Job which is stable, your salary will be stable as well, please do not expect any other thing except Stability. Company culture in terms of HR is not at all good, no major governance towards how management is calibrating an employee, how promotions are happening? That is the only reason I left HCLTech, otherwise, in other domains, might be the HR as people doing good things. HCLTech is a beautiful organization but some wrong people who are in that position to spoil the overall experience and culture, My advice is to hire good mature people in leadership positions and especially in HR domain. Please save this beautiful company and I'm the sure the top management are doing lots of things to streamlines the process down there but really need to put strong governance on middle management, specially in HR domain

Salary is low. Poor promotions mechanism. Company culture is very poor. Under skill person got promotion with connections. Not isolated infra for employee.

...to the mark.. Acquisition is happen but it's not smooth as compared to others...I would like to join again if they have clarity in the salary structure and position
