Career is jigsaw puzzle ,you will have to solve and find out your responsibility which as fresher was difficult to know right from beginning though it helped you grow and mature as individual.

HR department make baseless allegations to remove the employee. Even though when there is no compliance issue, policy violation or customer escalation. Without proof they force to resign.

...mployee's recognition and work even if you have very good rating score wise if .They will not pay your variable pay if you are on maternity leave for both years..even if you worked hard for the year and next year you were on maternity leave they will ruin your performance by rating and don't give you variable pay for that annual year.
