Poor management , No Proper reorganization, I joined as a fresher no reorganization for first two year no hike nothing ,after two years hike is terrible even i got the top rating i would say all the employee in the HCL has the same feeling. Manager decide your future. Not much opportunity if you are open. No Way we can complain on manager poor HR system in HCL does not stand with employee. we can face gender discrimination , favoritism (depends on manager but most of my co worker complained it to me )

...cern helping even non-IT people to upskill and grow their career in this field . Pay is fair and management is very helping .

Career is jigsaw puzzle ,you will have to solve and find out your responsibility which as fresher was difficult to know right from beginning though it helped you grow and mature as individual.

HR department make baseless allegations to remove the employee. Even though when there is no compliance issue, policy violation or customer escalation. Without proof they force to resign.

Politics is higher and favoritism to particular people Poor hike only 5% in 5 years Comparison of salary and trying to bring people down
