No layoffs. No pressure to give high quality work, but a lot of pressure for donkey's hard work. No huge array of supervisors and managers to be dancing on your head. A provision of being in the bench during which you can get paid for sitting at home doing nothing! A host of facilities setup for the benefit of employees like healthcare, gym etc.

Dislikes

...e in the company of more sophisticated people, then look for some other place. Pay peanuts and give no rise.

...cern helping even non-IT people to upskill and grow their career in this field . Pay is fair and management is very helping .

Career is jigsaw puzzle ,you will have to solve and find out your responsibility which as fresher was difficult to know right from beginning though it helped you grow and mature as individual.

Joining salary is good.

HR department make baseless allegations to remove the employee. Even though when there is no compliance issue, policy violation or customer escalation. Without proof they force to resign.

HCL is a very good company for you if you have assigned with some project. It will provide you complete salary even though you are intern or in bench.

Dislikes

Mass layoffs in covid time they literally terminated 100s of people without showing any cause and they simply spoiled freshers careers without providing any technical training and without assigning any projects. Simply placed them on bench and terminated.

While joining as experienced, they provide good hike. Medical and dental checkup.

Dislikes

... Made people to come back to office forcibly. 4. Very less hike in appraisals. 90 days Notice Period and they will hold ur salary for 1st month. 5. Horrible cafeteria food.
