As a fresher it a good start but you can't expect much compensation you got to switch company for better package.

EPB is really a bad thing for example when employees are expecting for an appraisal whereas we are getting deduction from our salary it really hurts, we are broken by this action.

If we are looking for cool life then its good.. Work culture is good we can easily balance the prof and personal life.

Don't expect the hike and promotions. If we are working for pay then I shouldn't recommand this company but am sure the life will go cool with less work presure here

Career is jigsaw puzzle ,you will have to solve and find out your responsibility which as fresher was difficult to know right from beginning though it helped you grow and mature as individual.

HR department make baseless allegations to remove the employee. Even though when there is no compliance issue, policy violation or customer escalation. Without proof they force to resign.

If a manager gives good rating, the rating is decreased by HR on purpose (Confirmed by HR itself ) so that employees would be payed as much as less variable pay. There are times, when manager forgets to give you rating and in that case default rating will be 0 and employee would be payed 0% monthly variable and annual variable. Regarding certification Voucher - Need to follow up for many months to get the voucher. Weekend Work : In case if you have worked on weekend, employee does not get comp off.
