-The work load is less in support projects. - It will make you flexible to work any time of the day.

...ay you any compensation for that. -HR will never resolve any problem of yours. -In terms of salary they reduce large part of it by giving it fancy names in terms of company policy and you have to wait to get a large part of your salary at the end of the year which also has some reductions in it.

Everything including culture, work life, salary, promotion. They won't pay variable pay. Unnecessary deductions in salary with no reason. If we ask They will not respond but close the ticket telling policy without telling what policy says.

If we are looking for cool life then its good.. Work culture is good we can easily balance the prof and personal life.

Dislikes

Don't expect the hike and promotions. If we are working for pay then I shouldn't recommand this company but am sure the life will go cool with less work presure here

Career is jigsaw puzzle ,you will have to solve and find out your responsibility which as fresher was difficult to know right from beginning though it helped you grow and mature as individual.

HR department make baseless allegations to remove the employee. Even though when there is no compliance issue, policy violation or customer escalation. Without proof they force to resign.
