...ed in offer letter also). Now this component has been brought under performance. Managers gives random rating so that employee gets less variable pay almost 30% 40%. If a manager gives good rating, the rating is decreased by HR on purpose (Confirmed by HR itself ) so that employees would be payed as much as less variable pay. There are times, when manager forgets to give you rating and in that case default rating will be 0 and employee would be payed 0% monthly variable and annual variable. Regarding certification Voucher - Need to follow up for many months to get the voucher. Weekend Work : In case if you have worked on weekend, employee does not get comp off.

The most bizarre and worst company I have ever came across, no work,no salary,no growth. HR ko just favors the management at any cost,biased manager and old people with fear of loosing their jbs and upskilling themselves and also do not encourage new talent

If jump here with higher package with higher position, it will be better. Job security with low pressure.

Salary hike is low. Processes are slow. They didn't behave politely to revoke, if we put a paper. Compensation won't give with addition into CTC. They will give as retention Bonus only.

No skill development oprtunity. But management expect you to be highly skilled employee without giving any facility for training. Some projects are like school environment, like every week they conduct Tech talk sessions, knowledge sharing session. It's seems irrelevant and forcefully driving. When it's come to package it's a single digit appraisal, need to come in with good package and can't expect much in regular appraisal cycle with outstanding performance.

New recruited employees getting more salary than an outstanding performer with same experience.
