Currently working as Third party waiting to become full time employee and since 3 months my Full time employee request is still pending and they keep postponing.

Dislikes

Very less appraisals and no joining bonus also growth is less compared to other companies.

Likes

It is a great apportunity for me to work in HCL as such designation. All the reporting manager are very supportive. The work make me learnt lots of things in finance. The co-workers are very loyal. We generally worked to help each other to complete work ASAP.

Dislikes

Growth in salary is very low. Some issues related to HR and managers but they ignored.

Likes

There is a good job security, sometimes you are given the freedom to work your way. Good collaborative teams. Facilities like creche, super mart, Cafe, Healthcare facilities are there. Clean and safe environment.

Dislikes

Too much politics at upper layer, Salary and growth is decent but not that great compared to other organizations. Training programs for middle management layer is not robust. Appraisals are not done fairly sometimes. Very poor work life balance as almost most of the employees have to stretch 12 to 15 hours daily.

Likes

There are no such things I like about HCL. but I have made a very few good colleagues.

Dislikes

Management, work pressure, low salary, no growth, more than 10hrs work in a day. Managers do not value an individual's strength. No moral support.

i have joined HCL as a fresher 3 years back. The infrastructure is really nice.. they provide a very safe cab facility with no deduction from employees salary they have 3 in-campus cafeterias that maintain good hygiene and variety of food choices. they too have in-campus baby care which is a very good option for working womens they too have healthcare inside there premises. All in all, i really like working here bcz they provide a proper work life balance.
