They have started deducting performance bonus from our salary , worst management ,no appraisals or hike ,please don't join this company ever ,

Work life balance is one of the best benefits working here. It provides huge job security.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits are not at par with industry standards. Their appraisal process and salary hikes leaves a lot to be desired.

Overall it is a good organization to work with if you are already joining the organization at good salary package... The growth in terms of money is negligible within the company.. this is my first organization I started working with and even after 8 years of experience with this company I am a strongly underpaid employee.

HCL as a organization is good company to work with. You get good exposure on tech and Mgt front from IT services perspective.

...ations. Hike on promotion is pathetic. Even the appraisals are not satisfactory. Thumb rule followed to increments is to find offer from other organizations and negotiate on package with HCl for retention which is a bad practice.

...licies are worst. False commitments. Only talk about work. No work life balance. Poor compensation. Senior management peoples are terrible. No one wants to work. No one talks about innovation.
