... Made people to come back to office forcibly. 4. Very less hike in appraisals. 90 days Notice Period and they will hold ur salary for 1st month. 5. Horrible cafeteria food.

...doesn't take care of their internal employees who is working for them for ages..salary hike is almost nil ..appraisal process is very slow and late ..need a lot of improvement.

Career is jigsaw puzzle ,you will have to solve and find out your responsibility which as fresher was difficult to know right from beginning though it helped you grow and mature as individual.

HR department make baseless allegations to remove the employee. Even though when there is no compliance issue, policy violation or customer escalation. Without proof they force to resign.
