HR department make baseless allegations to remove the employee. Even though when there is no compliance issue, policy violation or customer escalation. Without proof they force to resign.

The experience varies from project to project.But I was lucky enough to be under very encouraging management.its a good start for fresher to be in HCL

Salary hike is low, no shift allowance, growth is limited if you are stuck to one project

If we are looking for cool life then its good.. Work culture is good we can easily balance the prof and personal life.

Dislikes

Don't expect the hike and promotions. If we are working for pay then I shouldn't recommand this company but am sure the life will go cool with less work presure here

...cern helping even non-IT people to upskill and grow their career in this field . Pay is fair and management is very helping .

Career is jigsaw puzzle ,you will have to solve and find out your responsibility which as fresher was difficult to know right from beginning though it helped you grow and mature as individual.
