Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Teammates are quite supportive and friendly,work environment is cool not much pressure except during month end.work rotation and additional responsibilities apart from normal Key responsibilities area is assigned in team to team members which assist in enhancing one's skills and knowledge outside their key areas.Work life balance is good.

Career growth is almost negligible,salary and appraisals are not upto the expectations as per one's performance .

...l spoil your career, if you opt to work here at any level of your profession. 7. They ask you to do over time but no pay off 8. Your are asked to work from home without pay 9. Bad cafeteria 10. No International relocation, childcare or gym 11. Job or skill trainings are not up to the mark 12. You need to visit different offices of HCl Infosys for official matters especially while transitioning a process but you have to bear all the travel expense from your salary, there is no extra payout for this.
