I dislike conflicts with the team members and colleagues. However, I am aware that these things are part of our working and human nature. For better outcome and progress we should learn to live with them too.

Dislike the appraisal part and below the expectations increment. And one more thing no IJP HR team declare IJP but no interview conducted and post will be given anonymously to anyone. Most of time I hv given feedback but no positive response came from HR. and no one is ready to listen.

I've started my career from HCL HEALTHCARE CORPORATE itself. It was the best time I believe when I was working with HCl healthcare, this place has given me a lot in terms of learning, developing skills, understanding of a work also groomed me up to face the challenges in the coming time, so thankyou HCl it would really like to come back in the coming future..

The thing which really bothered me was individual growth and pay grade I believe that requires a serious concern.

Work environment is so good, everyone is supportive, lots of things to learn here.

Dislikes

Don’t give good salary but takes lot of work, increment is also not good. Company is good for freshers but not for experienced one.

Colleagues were helpful and they create friendly environment within themselves.

...Here, everyone is blaming to each other and no one is taking the responsibility. Salary Gap is so much that people at higher position are fully satisfied and lower level employees are fully unsatisfied. For Growth and Promotion also, buttering is enough. There is no role of doing hardwork. HR is also very unsupoortive. The company is just using HCL brand name. Here, team outing, confrences and clinic visits are only for certain people.
