Zest, the employee kitty initiative introduced last year, has proven to be a remarkable endeavor in fostering team bonding and strengthening relationships within the organization. With Zest, every employee had the opportunity to avail themselves of a budgeted amount per quarter to be spent on activities with their respective teams. This initiative encouraged teams to go out and spend quality time together, engaging in various activities that not only brought joy and excitement but also facilitated deeper connections. By engaging in team-building exercises, outings, and shared experiences, employees were able to develop a sense of camaraderie, trust, and unity. Zest has truly made a positive impact on the workplace, enhancing collaboration, productivity, and overall job satisfaction among the employees.

Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, especially for those working in the Care Plan department, we have introduced a work from home module. This initiative allows our employees to fulfil their professional duties while maintaining flexibility to manage their personal commitments. It demonstrates our proactive approach to addressing the needs of our workforce.
