Office environment is good, salary is on time 5-6th of every month in tehri project you will get your salary. In some projects there is 1-2 month delay.

Dislikes

Work life balance zero. 8-8 job u will come back at 8:30 so basically its 14 hour job. Not much work opportunity and company provided accommodation is bad in tehri only.

Likes

In HCC the work life balance is so good. Weekly off and supportive staff makes the work even more interesting and good. In terms of facility only you have to ask for it and it will be there.

Dislikes

Although it depends upon the site to site but where I work the only top management is not good.

Good work environment. Company takes good care of its employees like good place for accommodation, proper amenities, support, holidays, medicals etc. Appraisals are done each year. Although all these are depends upon the respective site management but HCC always provides best working environment to its employees.

Dislikes

Politics is a part of every organization and it happens everywhere including HCC. But top management is very helpful if we avoid one or two person which is pretty obvious. As such in my opinion HCC is good company.

The work is good and management is awesome like learning,how to manage the work, people, management of jcb, crane. Good coordination of every person, good communication skills etc etc

Dislikes

Time management is not good
