I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable,full support...etc

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, i have to work 10 to 12 hours straight in a day. Long diatance in my home area,(traveling) so, i change this job.

Good and positive environment. Colleagues are supportive and the management is very good. Company policies are appraisal are fair and they give bonus every year.

Team management is good, place to learn more, salary is good, life is good, full technical job for electrical and electronics seekers.. But we will have to give all day more than 8 hours.. Not fixed time as service engineer, train travelling more as filed

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
