It is good place to start. This is big industry and lot of experience you can get from this industry. Employee help each other and guide you in time needed. There were some great people, who just nailed the sales and changed the system it was fun working then, but now things are different.

Dislikes

Internal politics and old employees is choking the company. Some people don't respect female employees. Every now and then department changes your reporting also changes very frequently. CEO have visionary and have futuristic mind but after 2 months of highly intensive work he just backs-off. Procurement and Accounting department have some fake people, who literally think no one knows about his/her doing. Mgmt. Restricts you to do work and engage you in different task, and then ask you about previous work. There is no job security, they will inform you to not to come office from tomorrow and tell you to email the resignation. They also delay the F&F you need lots of follow-up for this issue.

If your a women never join this organisation. There are creeps all over and the Ceo always does support that. He lives in Lala land, and is mentally unstable. You never know what will happen tomorrow when he will wake up. There is no consistency and job security

The Company Owners are goods, appraisal are also satisfactory, vacation was also satisfactory.

Here is very bad position in Account department, overloaded work, No working method, late night working, worst management

Very small organization. Family-owned business. CEO has the final say in all matters. Management have zero accountability. Career opportunities - There are no fixed KRAs for employees here. They're made to do just about anything and everything. Training - No training is provided to the newcomers. Very high expectations are set from them. It is imagined that they shall give substantial RoI from their very first day of joining. CEO - The CEO runs this organization totally on his whims and fancies. He is reason behind the unprofessionalism and growth failure of this company. His expectations from his employees are absurdly high. He frequently denies what he says and doesn't keep his word, whether verbal or documented. Management - Lousy and pathetic managers. They're too insecure of the newcomers, so career growth is extremely slow. Wastage of time - In retrospect, all there's zero learning and almost no career growth, time spent here is time wasted.

Management has so many plans to achieve the organisation goal. They try to motivate some employees too towards achieving the goal.

Dislikes

Have some close monitoring on employees. Generally, management get carried away with the opinions of the reporting managers without close monitoring of the employees by themselves.
