As a result, I get to travel abroad especially to the doha qatar. my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Sometimes the work pressure was high. I worked 13hrs in a day. there is no on-job training for freshers, hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is pain sometimes.

The company have alot of opportunity gain the knowledge & skills. But The internal policies was not satisfactory. Some times old employees palyed dirty politics as bad role.
