Likes

Working enviornment is good and freindly atmosphare. Also job security is present here.

Dislikes

Growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to work 12-14 hrs in a day. Management is not satisfied to se my performance . Some times it gives more pain to me.

Over all good working atmosphere ,world renouned excellent Crushers invented by Hazemag during world war. Good salary , work exposure , learning , innovation , exposure to work shop and site visits. I had the opporty to visit Germany for Technical discussions , Enginerrs were sent to Germany for training. Job security depends on business scenerio

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
