... clueless. They make you fill out all these surveys which amount to nothing. They don’t take your work contributions seriously and are pathetic with promotions/pay. A lot of empty talking done by management but no actions taken. HR doesn’t keep you informed on important info. Rather they play with your career. They talk about diversity but you hardly find any employees from different backgrounds in management positions. At the end of the day you are just another tool in the box for them, whereas most employees grind hard to make them happy. Sad reality. Lot of groupies and internal politics.

You put up with everything since you have mouths to feed.. but they pay the minimum end of the pay scale. How is £19k enough in 2023?! Total bulshit they are. RUN IF YOU GET AN OFFER FROM THEM.
