There's a lot that's wrong with the management and the employees. Expecting etiquette is a tough ask. No regard for anyone's time. Work culture is not ideal.

Chilled work culture but if you are an aggressive person and wish to grow aggressive this is not a place . Good work life balance , you can leave on time , office timings are 9:30 to 6 and works mostly in this time. For sales , no double reporting and you don’t have to roam shop to shop for selling

Dislikes

Almost no growth opportunity and not an aggressive company . More politics, doesn’t appreciates hard working
