Job security is a threat. Since due to the product range and after Covid the volumes are really gone down so much so there is huge threat in job

Worst place to work.. not employee friendly.. don't care about employees wellness.. worst team leads with highly selfish nature..

Highly partially,harassment,no career growth, no proper systems and policies for new joiners..

I love the job and I'm part of Haworth, i meet every day new clients.and i collect what they needs from Haworth, and import products are high quality products.

Work pressure is high and managers didn't value the individual unique strengths.management staff not follow the standard works they created it but they didn't want us to follow.

I can't forget Haworth forever. It was a turning point in my life.I had spent great time with Haworth. Haworth Management & work culture was very disciplined & good. I had learnt valuable things during working days. Company policies were good, Supportive team always with us.
