...mor. The organization is employee friendly and the perks provided are very good. We get Saturday and Sunday off, Flexible timings and overall compensation and salary is much better than other companies.

New mangements only concerned about cost cutting and saving cost even if it impacts business ,they take illogical decisions ,pressurise middlevel manager with illogical targets n data to work on .

Company Culture and Environment is good to work. Seniors are Supportive. Managament is very professional and transperent about their policies. Every year they are giving Bonus and Incentives also as per the Performances. Salary gives on proper timing. Claims policies are also good and will be cleared within 20-25 Days.

Dislikes

Salary hikes and Promotions we cant expect here even after giving a Good performances. Like all the Organisations here is also a Politics.
