Full of politics and favourism at senior management level. Everytime they realising us that we are getting salary from company.Branch level politics is very high. They finds out replacment very immediately. Only mental torture. RSM thinks they are the owner of company.

Salary is good, as per company and product range category they are paying satisfactorily

Purely Lala Company Top management run it like corporate Middle management saving there job by politics Bottom management are being crushed under these

Here the salary gets paid on time and our team head or sales officer also does not know when the incentive will come... and the remaining thing is our branch head or branch manager, they only remain at the dealers' pump... and neither can you learn anything new because the trainers do not get much.... and they give hugs in the name of promotion because only those will get promoted who are relatives of the upper management. If u have any relatives in havells at upper management then u will promote even early time

... pressure as an MT. Curated MT program. Brand value in market. Free meals in HO. Reimbursement rates & timely salary/reimbursement disbursement. Company culture. Saturday offs. (Not sure for others)

Dislikes

Less salary for MBA grads. Little slow process, kind of red tapism but that's changing. More field job & high travel,but they reimburse for that, so that depends.

The company policies like Care leave policy, the food and inter department culture is very nice.

Dislikes

The salary structure and the compensation process is very complex which does not help the employee like the Variable pay system in case if the employee is leaving the organisation in mid year then he or she is not eligible for the variable pay on pro data basis.
