No benefits, no perks, bad salary structure,less no. Of leaves, no work life balance, no transportation, everything is part of your CTC, IN SHORT 'PACKAGING IS GOOD -FROM INSIDE PATHETIC "

...mote and don't gave any chance. That was very bad things that I felt personally. Also Salary was not good for B.tech candidate. We can say Havells is good brand name but from inside its dark for new joiner. They hired many B.tech candidates every year. They gets very hard work from them , then they doesn't promote. They doesn't value the struggle of employees. I have faced the same, so don't join Havells as Apprentice Trainee.

Extra work load & not good Salary. No Senior Support.

... good. People are supporting ( vary plant to plant ). HR policies are clear. Salary on time. Appraisal on time.

In store department growth is very limited. If you are a well educated person than avoid store and dispatch departments. Company culture is average. Job security is not good.

Very few are there who wants to work sincerely to their responsibility. Its name is very appreciable in market, so its experience in resume is quiet good.

Yes there is also some politics. Who are very old in this company getting high salary without seeing their work.

Here the salary gets paid on time and our team head or sales officer also does not know when the incentive will come... and the remaining thing is our branch head or branch manager, they only remain at the dealers' pump... and neither can you learn anything new because the trainers do not get much.... and they give hugs in the name of promotion because only those will get promoted who are relatives of the upper management. If u have any relatives in havells at upper management then u will promote even early time
