The best thing in Havells India is the work-life balance. The timings are very strictly followed and one rarely works after the work time. The culture within the company is also good.

The company policies like Care leave policy, the food and inter department culture is very nice.

The salary structure and the compensation process is very complex which does not help the employee like the Variable pay system in case if the employee is leaving the organisation in mid year then he or she is not eligible for the variable pay on pro data basis.

Wlb, employee benefits and inflated compensation. The amount to actual take home, there is a huge difference and nobody wants to change that. Organization is not willing to spend a penny on employee training and development and lacks severe R&R for employees from support functions.
