Work life balance is good.. You have to rarely work beyond 10 hours a day. You do work for good sectors like FMCG & OTC. Good exposure to lot of decent brajds. Job security is there as the company doesn't terminate the employee even if the client is lost. They will accommodate

Skill development is almost zero. Company culture is really bad. Appraisal you have to literally beg for it and other benefits don't exist

Nothing. It is like Labour work, like a mining job. No any benefit for employee.

Dislikes

Employee does not get payment even after working. The business is hidden so the time of appraisal is told that the company is loss making. Employee can't progress. Late night working too much happen here.
