Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

Startup culture, Young talent with no grooming provided by company. Compensation offered is top of the class

Dislikes

...e, No they are not. Medical policy is from HashedIn not deloitte( a big Minus) Don't fall prey for the salary they offer, You will ruin your career. P.S: I was a part of deloitte USI before and got rehired from HashedIn as they said they are part of deloitte(got fooled over this). Better to join Deloitte USI, you will get robost benefits rather than falling prey to CTC they offer.

Salary and appraisal is good. Company goves emphasis on skill development and provides training for same.

After acquisition company culture is very much impacted. They glorify late working culture. No work life balance. Most of the project are support project given by deloitte.

Work life balance and not more pressure if you are senior developer

Dislikes

Salary hike and promotion is biased and their technical knowledge and they are not following global language for communication because most of them are north Indians

Company Culture is the best. There is a lot of focus on skill development and learning. Appraisal happens every 6 months. Helpful teammates and work satisfaction. Remote Work. In house Snacks/Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner.

Culture is good. Work life balance is good most of the times. Salary and variable bonus on time. 2 times hike in a year.
