Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Shift timings are good. I am not sure about the other teams.

Dislikes

There are lot of points to put here but it will ultimately impact the organisation. There is no problem with the organisation it is more of management issue. No appreciation for the work done. Clear politics even in hiring the candidates. Even though the concerns are raised to the HR team they themselves do not take decisions instead follow the decisions of the concerned team managers which only impact the employees in a bad way. Because of the managers the employees are mentally disturbed and I would say it is kind of harassment on the employees.
