Interview process and Onboarding process and other Department Team.

Dislikes

They will give you a salary 22K for 5 Years Exp, as per the market for 5 year exp they are providing 50K to 60K. The dislike for this company is Salary and strict office timing and even they don't allow the mobile phones. If you late for 3 min also they will deduct your salary. Even if your going to washroom it will count as a break.

1. They always look into how to deduct employees salary. 2. The company policies are terrible: (i). If you come late for 1 second also that will be considered as Late. if you late for 3 seconds in a month you will loss half day of salary. (ii). The salary will be based on working days. it means if you work for 10 days, your salary would be = Your salary/ your worked days. (iii). They don't bother about your role or designation. If you done your work they will give some other work as well. Like you should work 10 hours intensively. (iv). You will not have any leaves in a year. except U.S. Holidays. Those are 6 holidays. 3. Some times you need to work for extra hours but they won't pay for it. 4. They will give you lot of work, even though you should complete that work if it takes more than three hours than your working hours(10 hrs), you must do, other wise you will lose that day salary. 5. Last But not Least Zero Job Security. If they think you are not useful for the company they will terminate you immediately.

Good work place. HR n management is very supportive. 3 days of week off which is more exciting to maintain work life balance. Evening they provide dinner facility and have cab facility as well. Overall this is very good organization where people like me to stay long time.

No really enjoyed to working in harmony United Medsolutions. Waste of time and energy.

Dislikes

I don't like both the MD's they're simply running like shop. Their lot of legal issue with this company. 90% Employees are Muslims. All political implact. There is no proper management. H.r are basically Employeed as customer support I don't how they turn her as HR. Don't have minimum English speaking skills, nothing is better than working for this company.
