I like work life balance, as I get work from home opportunity whenever required. Moreover, the company culture is very good. I get to learn new skills and I am satisfied with my work. I get to work in challenging environment as well as get work satisfaction.

...e I have to work on the weekends also. But that is true for any product company. However, the compensation growth is not much, I only get 3-7% salary hike every year.

Work culture, job security, extreme politics and partiality. Not sure if the salary and flexibility given just to use resources and the moment their work is done - you will be target.

Hikes are less even with good performance record. They give more salary to the new joiners even their skill level is same as the currently working ones.

Salary, but only for people who know buttering skills and who do not talk.

Dislikes

Salary for only buttering skills, from same language, from same native state, never say anything about your manager capabilities not matching to work requirements. HR team is puppet to Director, HR team do not know anything but to say Yes to Director because he is one who give salary and promotion recommendation. Hiring to Director is also one step without business case because he is from your native language and state :(. ill treated, no equality in practice (on paper).

... respond to your concerns , I really felt hell while working in this company . Salary part also they will trick you , HRs speaks diplomatically and professionally but they have crooked minds . Be careful , if you have other offers in hand pls prefer other company .
