Guys this company tricks u like hell , no work life balance , too much pressure , no proper management system , nobody in management respond to your concerns , I really felt hell while working in this company . Salary part also they will trick you , HRs speaks diplomatically and professionally but they have crooked minds . Be careful , if you have other offers in hand pls prefer other company .

Work life balance is there since there is no goal set done by the managers. Harman's policies are employee friendly but not the managers.

Managers. Worst ever. Even if you performance better they will come with something u realistic that you didn't do. They will block your promotions and won't even give good hike.

If Johndeere is a client, don't join this company. Mobile phones are not allowed inside the office, it's like being jailed. It's like slavery. Johndeere makes every decision, including hikes. You will be harrassed by Johndeere leads a lot. Their work is also given to you.

Hard work pays off in terms of appraisal or getting retained. Employees are not forced to come to office but depends on your reporting manager.
