Pune office Management is supportive. Good hike % if your excellent performer. Hybrid Work Policy. HR is also supportive. Currently working for client so Harman does not disturb and only communicates during appraisal cycle. Lots of new learning during project execution

...p to the mark. Difficult to have work-like balance but depends on the project. Salary is not as per market even though %hike is good.

mannerless hr ,manager, forceful asked termination ,show case ,termination, notice period issue ,amount not refunded ,they donot care about wasting time , wasting money from employee, personal professional life harasement,no rules to approach proper way ,some kind of terrorism influencer and forcefull trainer to do bad work

Working in client place is worst, Client Intel is very worst, they diplomatically play with Harman employees. Harman managers just want to satisfy their Client irrespective of employees. Simply giving pressures unwantedlyand their strategies are worst

Job security is very good as they have multiple large clients. Compensation is as par with market and appraisals are also good and fair. Work-life balance is also good, however, it depends on your project.

Dislikes

They mention Hybrid model, but it works only if you house is in your base allocated city, as work from anywhere outside the city is stricly prohibited. Also managers always try to restrict peoples from taking leaves, as they won't be able to bill the client.
