Job security also not much good. Apparsail and salary depends upon location and for pune and banglore is very bad appraisal. Promotions is very rare . Learning is not good .

No job security There are no projects and hiring has frozen No support from hiring management No enthusiastic people. No extra curricular activities for employes in Pune branch Learning and skill development has been close to zero.

I worked in the client location in the client office, only once did i meetup with 5-6 harman employees, so could not really imbibe much in the company culture
