...r 1-2 months they will ask you to resign saying that they there are no projects.
Join this company as a fresher only if you want good salary & just chill because you might get no chance to do hands-on work on projects even if you are allocated to it.
Salary is the only best part, they give you salary what you asked. After that you forget your personal life, health, mental peace, family.
"If you want ONLY money than it is right place for you."
Next level politics, partially (if you are from same state or city of your boss than it is great place), Hug partiality with West, North & East guys because most of peoples are from south India.
No Management
Worst work culture.
Toxic people, you will never feel valued and comfortable with manager.
People who have been there for more than 10years are the real spoiler of work environment. They don't care what management has said to them...Not at all good place to work. It was horrible experience.
There is nothing about this organization that makes worth working here. I was hired as a full-time employee and after 3 months of joining I was allocated to a project, but I was not billed and still remained non billable which caused me a lot of issues and after 9 months of employment I was told that they have to release me from the project and have to look for other projects in the organization soon. One fine day I was asked to join a manager discussion call where I was told that the organization is planning to release me because I was on bench for so long. I was tagged to a project but I was marked as non-billable which according to the company is considered as bench and so I have to leave the organization. On 22/02/2023 I received a mail from my HR for 1-1 discussion where they asked me to resign or else, they will terminate me and will also not be given experience letter. I was not the only one who is into this. More than 35% of the work force is getting layed off but it's not on paper as they are asking the employees to resign from their end so that is don't reflect in the termination count. I got 0 learning from this organization and also there is no job security for the employees in the organization. Not only freshers but also the senior employees are also facing the same situation. So, I would like to conclude that I would never recommend anyone to join this organization even in their worst phase no one is safe in this company. I also saw total mismanagement in the organization as when I joined the organization there were two employees with the same name as mine and we both had different employee IDs but were give the same work mail because of which I faced a lot of issues during the onboarding phase. This is the worst organization I have ever seen and worked in. Never ever consider it if you have other offers as well.
Poor management. No clarity what's going on in the organisation.
Not recommended for freshers. Join as a fresher only if you want to have a chill life.
No job security.
You will be assigned to project but you will be tagged as non-billable which means that in view of HR you are still on bench and after they will force to resign from the organisation.
