Next level politics, partially (if you are from same state or city of your boss than it is great place), Hug partiality with West, North & East guys because most of peoples are from south India.

...ironment and culture. Seniors were supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and incentives.

Everything was smooth going but due to covid pandemic salary deducted for few months and due to head office not getting orders by modern trade I was compled to leave the job.

Work life balance is good, Culture is good. Salary on time , insurance , team outing and many programmes like men'sday ,women's day , pride day etc celebration.

Job security also not much good. Apparsail and salary depends upon location and for pune and banglore is very bad appraisal. Promotions is very rare . Learning is not good .
