Work Culture Very Bad, Not worth to waste your time here, Salary & Incentives you will not get on time. Very High pressure. No help from factory as well.

Dislikes

Factory people dont coordinate well, Directors discouraging, No one can work long term in this company. No Benefits to Employees.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
