Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

1. They won't credit salary on time. 2. Mr. Singhania himself will mention that it takes 5000 rupees to work out a QRF and 1500 to get a proposal drawing. It feels as if you are not a manager but a collection agent. 3. Your Target will be given to you upon joining, usually 100 times your salary, but you will be handed over another declaration 2 months later stating that your Target is tripled due to new policies. 4. Your expense will get cleared only after 3 months of raising it, that too if you visit the account department at least twice a week. 5. Every Monday, there are 3 meetings with Nikhil and Singhania asking you about the week's total business. 6. Big enquiries which you have generated, will be highjacked by Nikhil Bothra or your HOD without you knowing it. 7. If a project is won, all praise to the HOD, if lost, the manager is deemed unfit. 8. PEB division will be shut down within five years because they have no idea how to run it.

I think good company for fresher and new growing employees, they have good opportunities, but it is a manufacturing company doing infrastructure projects ,so have limited scope of learning. After a time one should need to switch, not much scope and growth opportunities for experienced personnel
