...loyees, issues, concerns. HR’s are doing false commitments to hire candidates. Deducts salary without any prior information. Leaves are credited on monthly basis irrespective of crediting total.

I "ll shared these review based on my personal experince where i observe that Management is worst,Hr didnt have sence how to talk with employees its a terrible company.they have taken all your documents for verification and commited that it will return back in 3 months but not followed any kind of commitement even they are playing the pollitics with employees. One more imp thing that after completed contract for 1 client they had not provided salary till you wont selected for another client and that time they have ready to released you.its redicules is it? Bahut paise khate hai. Also dont sign there 1 year agreement bond,these is my personal suggestion for you guys. I strongly recommned please do not join these company.

they just make you believe they are good company and supportive but they are not.

they black mail you without reliving you when you got offers. also they demand you money to pay they will not settle your final salary, they are rude and not responsible. they are not running company they are just running dandha.

Good, salary on time. Relationship managers are taking care of the employees time to time. Work culture is highly appreciated.

Good somehow system should have some upgraded version. Salary should come on the month end.

You will get salary on time that's the only pro. There is nothing to like about apart from salary credit Think quintuple times before you accept offer

This is honest review from employee First of all Harjai is a Staffing company, they will hire you for one of the client. Once you join, you will be deputed at client location and everything depends on the client. Harjai will only credit the salary to you and ignore all your issues with client. I was deployed at one of the client which didn't even allocated me a place/desk to sit even the machine which was given was 10 generations old. No action was taken by Harjai after complaining for months. Below are some of the cons - HR will use sugar coated words at the time of joining but ignore you after joining - Relationship Managers of Harjai are terrible and doesn't even know what employees are doing and what issues they are facing - Clients doesn't respect Harjai, you will be of no value to client once they don't have project. - increment depends upon client, if client says no then you will not get any increment. They will keep saying client is not approving your appraisal - Client won't trust you and wont give you all necessary access as you are third party employee - Client tends to give you other non project related work without your consent (Support work) - Notice period is of 3 months - No others benefits, Nothing
