They are full supporting that they can be, either is about financial condition or about personal level support to fight against covid 19 of their all employees and their contractor whose all are connect with them. Extremely very good culture i've found yet in any company till now.

It is the fastest growing company in the field of HVAC, their ambition and vision to grow. The Owner ship ia highly motivated and head clear road map to achieve the major share in the field of hvac. They have committments for every thing, very much enthusistic for new idea and technology implementation. The clientage is good across the north india, having highly technical expertise for any kind of projects in their field. The service department is very big in sizes managing the AMC for Daikin and Hitachi. The boss Mr Gupta is very genuine and decent guys, Always handle you as a mentor and supporter. I hope they will be in 100 crore club this year.

Dislikes

There are certain issues due to small organisation, specially in the Policy related matter of HR. There is a lot to do in policy and process improvement related to employee .
