There is a lot to learn and teammates are supportive. For fresher, it is great place to start with as they ask you to work on different aspects, provides you training for the same

Dislikes

They have less salary hike than market They often ignore complaints raised by employees One employee may have to work on multiple projects. So, no work life balance! They may ask you to work on any other technology or non coding technology in which you are not interested. They just consider client requirements and accordingly ask employees to work.

There is nothing that I like about this company.

Dislikes

...just to keep their position intact in an organisation. There is lot of politics. They will play with one's salary and appraisal if you are not billable resource. Instead they should learn to make an opportunity to utilize one's skills. I would have given -5 (minus five) stars/ratings if that would have been the option to rate as worst.

Likes

Encouraging People to grow in their career. Provide lots of training by internal and External faculties. Provides best learning courses through Udemy. Lots of Fun activities e.g. Diwali Party Happy Hour Workshops for Diya making, card making, ganesh making and many more. Project Parties and outings. Flexibility to work from home in some cases.

Dislikes

Salary bar needs to be increased. They have good appreciation policy, but sometime personal differences affects rating process or I would say you may face some sort of politics.

You will get a project for sure. There is always a resource crunch in the company. Mostly you may get to work on multiple projects at the same time.

Dislikes

Poor appraisal to women who was on ML. Forceful WFO. No matter what problem you may have, you have to WFO as per management. Tech people has to do proposal work. This is really insane work and tech people really don't like to work with proposal team. Management is not interested to retain talented people. Talented people are walking out and skill gap is big problem. They hire people with less experience/ skills and then want to just train. Training cannot work all the time.

Dislikes

Most of the maneger are non technical. So developer are facing lot of issues in development. One of manger like Chintan Dave he is very selfish person because of him a good project (Gettr) is left from Harbinger and it's impact on payroll and on contract developer they lose there job because of him.
