Work-life balance is good. You will get salary on time. Too many Paid leaves available.

Dislikes

Communication gap between senior level and founders. Promotion to only those who are close to founders or relatives of them. One of the founder is way too arrogant If you are junior or mid level employee be prepare to become scape goat sometimes. No appreciation and feedback on work you complete Idea of company is good but future is not

Good people. Generally easy work environment.

Dislikes

Terrible leadership and decision making. Vindictive CEO and founder - clueless about strategy and business. Terrible people management. If you're in the CEOs good books, you're celebrated every occasion, everybody else is branded an idiot. To succeed, you need to suck up to the CEO who has zero ownership of the business. Blaming is rampant. There's a lot of talk about "culture" and "Values" but all those go out the door at the first sign of trouble.

Likes

Harappa gives me the flexibility of working. Being a startup, there is so much that needs to be done here. There are enormous career growth opportunities not just within Harappa but within teams as well. The office is designed beautifully. you would want to come to office to work. There are Friday snacks, unlimited tea, coffee, biscuits, TT Table, books, a floor separately dedicated to meeting rooms and conference hall, etc, which keeps you working on your feet on a rather mundane day.

There is nothing that I dislike here so far.

okayish. not that bad/evilish it will be for >90% of workforce in the country.

Dislikes

it's a tech last company. So not the best place for engineering and product folks in terms of learning, growth and the byproduct of it -> compensation. To give you extent of tech lastness - graphic designer is glorified & put on the pedestal than giving any thought to UX/product designers and their work. Customer UX post purchase is horrible - thanks to interventions from graphic designers. Check the subscription based app to get an idea.

- Unnecessarily strict about work from office and work timings. Serves no purpose. - Not product and data driven but business driven. No focus on data instrumentation. Leads to bad decisions about the product. - Too much flux, even for a startup - whether it's HR policy or business critical decisions.
