This is only for Pimcore department, HR favours some people , no good salary, you get promotion and awards if you do Bootlickin* only. Worst technology you will learn nothing and you cannot change your tech stack, for that you have to switch company. So if you are getting into Pimcore department just switch the company if you want to grow in career. Other departments are good.

They have Good Projects. If working for a client and work going on smoothly then nobody from Happiestminds side will bother you. Leave freedom is there. No Dress code anything you wear.

Salary structure is not that good. Hikes are also not good. sometimes if client is not good then nobody can help you.

I have been working with Happiest Minds Noida for 2 Year now, I found this organisation deal with good clients. Requirements are quite challenging and that leads to a good skill growth with particular domain somebody is working with.

...Work Overload and Over pressed to work for 10-15hours for a long period of time. Salary Growth is not good at all & less skill growth opportunities .

any possibility of zero stars. I'd recommend only thing good about it is timely credit of salary. worst managers worst HRs no growth waste projects and pocs waste clients don't waste your time bothering about joining it. you've lot of good companies other than this

I didn't like anything at all. They deployed me to a client PineLabs and they terminated without any prior notice and also didn't pay for the last month salary saying I was not deployed to any project in the last month. Worst experience of my career till now!
