I didn't like anything at all. They deployed me to a client PineLabs and they terminated without any prior notice and also didn't pay for the last month salary saying I was not deployed to any project in the last month. Worst experience of my career till now!

Good WLB and better pay than avg service based company. Most of the work in cutting edge technologies

Lesser chances of Promotions. Typical mindset of maintaining floor presence, apart from your good work you have to maintain floor presence then only you will be nominated/considered for awards. You don't get promoted because you didn't ask but expected

Very dishonest management, HRs are rude. Assigned me to a different project than what i was hired for and when approached they were very rude about it. Please dont spoil ur career.

Things I didn't like: 1) Lack of long term Projects in Data Science space 2) Work can be repetitive in the Wrong project

...k environment and don’t expect that people will help you on work prospective. 3. You are high paid salary then they will try to raise Performance issue means no job security. 4. For freshers, they will never ever provide and training.
